All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Got a lash lift and brow lamination done and couldn't be happier! The work was super precise and gentle and I walked out beaming with confidence!! The studio itself also smells and looks so nice, giving you the full spa experience

This was my first ever experience of having brow lamination and if I’m honest I was really nervous . (Not with the process but the results). I did not need to worry. They are fabulous! Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.

I absolutely love coming to About Yu, I’ve been a member now for 2 months and have had everything from brows to nails, massage, facial, lashes, waxing etc and they’ve all been absolutely incredible! It’s a stunning space which feels genuinely relaxing and every single staff member is a pleasure to work with and chat to. They’re all such experts in their field and you can tell they really enjoy working together as a team too.
