As this was my 1st time trying a colonic I was very anxious, however I was made to feel very comfortable straight away and the clinic was lovely and very clean. I have been back for a 2nd treatment and my bloating and pain has reduced significantly.

Have had colonic irrigation 3x treatments package; A very new experience to me, scary to start with since one didn't know what to expect (even thought I read a great deal about the whole thing and done enough homework), but I was made to feel very relaxed and reassured that everything was going to go smoothly. Enrida is a true professional, she explained in detail what the treatment does, spoke about issues that could be dealt with when treated, advised me greatly about diet and lifestyle and I am extremely grateful for her input. She is a very wise young lady, and very kind.

I wonderful experience. I was very nervous at first and was anxious. Enrida made it very comfortable by verbally going through the treatment then starting the procedure. Which was very comfortable and not painful. Talking through having a healthier lifestyle and what food to avoid and which food to carry on eating. I was able to get a cancellation which was itself fortunate as I was in terrible pain. I have a complicated bowel history which needed to be checked out before treatment (very professional) could happen so had to come back later in the day. The colonic had a great result and just a day later I am out of pain and no longer being sick. I will definitely be going back :)
