It was the first time I went to this salon and I felt very good. Arla, the director, was really professional and talented. Arla understood with her eyes what you wanted with your hair and her consultation was clear and with a Woow result. now and then Arla is my personal and magical hairdresser, thank you so so much 🥰

I booked my 5 year old daughter in for her hair to be cut. We had a warm welcome from Arla and she was so good with my daughter. Made her feel at ease and made her feel very special. I went to VIP hair beauty salon,a couple of weeks ago to bleach and colour my hair. Arla worked she magic on my hair and got me to an even and beautiful peach colour in one session!! She was always keeping the health and integrity of my hair in mind during the whole process which made me feel very comfortable. Considering that I came in with very dark roots and uneven tones throughout my hair, this transformation was like night and day and even a few weeks after the appointment, the colour still looks fabulous! Arla she very friendly and took great care of me during my appointment, 🙏

I have recently moved to the area and so needed to find a new hairdresser/salon which can be extremely nerve wracking as it’s hard to trust someone you’ve only just met. However, as soon as I came to VIP for my consultation I was immediately put at ease and felt extremely comfortable. The pricing was fully explained to me and the products they use are such high quality. Arla listened to all of my wants and needs from the get go, and I have now been for two appointments and can’t wait for my next!Every visit has been so enjoyable, the whole team are a delight and are so inclusive,thank you 🙏💕

Arla did a lovely job with my little girl's hair, taking time to understand what we wanted and tailoring this to what would work best with the natural parting and fall of her hair for easier styling. Very professional and friendly (and great with kids - not everyone is!). Thankyou, will be back xx

I've been going to VIP Hair Beauty Salon Hairdressers sinse open, they are absolutely fantastic! All the staff are so welcoming and warm, it's a lovely atmosphere. I've had my hair done by most of the hairdressers at VIP, and they have never failed to please, I always walk out feeling amazing! 100% would recommend ☺️

The fact that I drive a 20 mile round trip to the salon probably says it all 😊 Arla is a superb colourist my hair always looks a beautiful shade. It's like a Blanc de Blanc champagne so I've been told! Arla she is a legend, always make me feel like I'm special.she always listens to my hair style suggestions, which we then discuss. Definitely not a ' I know better than you' hairdresser. As Arla says millimetres matter!!

I have used this hairdressers for many years and would not go anywhere else. It has a warm friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I never have the same colour combination. If I could give 5 more stars I would for an EXCELLENT SERVICE from beautiful Arla at VIP Hair Salon in cutting and styling my daughter’s and my hair. Arla is highly talented and I have recommended her to all my family and friends. I will never use another hair dresser again. Hair salon was brilliant but the web site was poor as a I had to select a different time and you are taking money that can’t be deducted from the bill
