I had a very pleasant experience at Tou’s. Hollie was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut. It was amazing, I was so happy with it. She asked if I wanted it straightened at the end to which I said yes please, as I was a bit hesitant in asking. My only disappointment was when paying, it went up £6 as I wasn’t expecting this, it was apparently a restyle and I didn’t challenge this at the time. I was new to Tou’s and booked a dry cut through the website. I think it’s best to advise the client of a price increase at the start when I told her what I wanted. Otherwise all ok!

Jess is brilliant with my daughter - she always takes time to find out how my daughter likes her hair and strives to give her the haircut that wants. My daughter always comes away beaming because she's enjoyed herself and loves her cut!

I was concerned about finding a new hairdresser after several years of haircuts at home. I needn’t have worried. Jess is fantastic. She really listened to me and what I know works for my hair. She offered helpful tips and advice and is clearly very experienced in dealing with curly hair, most hairdressers don’t listen to how curly my hair is and cut it too short or leave it hard for me to manage. I’m so pleased with how my hair looks and I feel confident I will be able to maintain it. She’s done a brilliant job and I will definitely be back ☺️

I trust Jess, so came to her with my 2.5yr old for her first proper haircut. Jess is so relaxed, gentle and encouraging, managing to get my little one’s hair cut beautifully. From my own personal experience, she shares advice willingly and warmly and I never feel judged. I’ve been seeing Jess for a long time and have enjoyed where my hair journey has gone with Jess’ expert knowledge and amazing communication. Please don’t go to her otherwise I will find it even harder to get an appointment! 😉
