First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

Had my appointment with Diego today and he made sure I understood the root of my problem and how to deal with it! We did several things and pays attention to detail when trying to figure out the cause of the problem! Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

I enjoyed my session thoroughly. Jeanette, is very patiently and talks you through the after care after every session. she is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jzenn. I have had wood therapy with her and that was also amazing.

Where do I even start? Jen is very professional. Love her vibe. The massage was amazing! My body felt brand new after. I’ve been having shoulder pains, and she got rid of them.

This lovely business is tucked away inside Target Fit, on Wanstead High Street. I had a lymphatic drainage massage, delivered by Diego. He was very professional courteous. Would definitely recommend, ps they also do sports injury massages.

I received an excellent Hijama treatment from Shahana fatimah . I suffered from back and neck shoulder pain. She has a very calm nature, and provides an excellent and professional service. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and i recommend to anyone who wants massage or cupping.
