Words can never begin to express how I feel,going to Glamour Heaven was not easy as I was really not feeling good But the service I got there just from the doorstep to the whole session was amazing, Shaz has been warmly welcoming and assuring throughout the process and explaining what she is doing as it was my first time visiting and also doing hajima,I arrived with a head,excruciating back pain and feeling bloated will rate 8/10 But after my session I was so relieved with zero pain,the massage was on point, finishing with a nice cup of hot honey water👌 Thank you so much Shaz😘 you're thebest

Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. I highly recommend!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Great experience. Badar knows how to treat his patients well. I have gone for wet cupping. He has given a massage at the beginning as a gesture before the session.

Words can not describe how I feel the next day after cupping therapy at bio-wise, any aches, pains, muscle problems do not hesitate to contact Karl, you will not regret the decision.

Cupping therapy is really good for my shoulders as I do a physical job. Karl definitely knows his stuff and is a great therapist.

Amazing service, booked myself with Erika for a sports massage, she found the issue in couple minutes then worked on it and at the end the pain i had in my back is completely gone and now they feel like brand new😊would recommend her to whoever needs a massage therapy.
