From the minute I walked in I was relaxed and made to feel so welcome. We had the combo 3 and loved every minute of it. From the hair wash and scalp massage, to facial, foot cleanse and whole relaxing experience it was magical! Such lovely people whom work there also, would highly recommend to everyone and will be back for sure. Even had my hair dried and styled at the end while I enjoyed a foot massage and herbal tea! The student manicurist was amazing. My nails look gorgeous. I decided to do the hair spa with a student and she too was great. Very clean very professional. The staff and students were friendly. I will definitely be back.

One of the best massages I have had ever and my face feels so hydrated and soft My only feedback would be it would be a better experience if there was a separate private area then other clients as you hear them talk while relaxing and changing

Massage was very good, started at 11.10am and finished 11.55am not quite 1 hour. Understand the lady couldn't massage some of my problem area (left buttock and hip) as I was required to wear shorts. The massage technique and pressure was very good. Thanks

First time for both myself and daughter and it was a good experience. Changing area was a little strange and felt we couldn’t talk during the foot soak as someone else was already having the hair treatment. Still a positive experience and a bonus was that she cracked my neck during the massage part which has been aching for days

I got my first Japanese Hair and Scalp Care wash at Elegant Beauty Hair and Nail Salon . My whole head hair has never felt so squeaky clean and lusciously light. Mind you my hair was super long and heavy. I loved how the therapist created a serene ambience environment. The products they use all smelt so exotic massage oils, facial creams, and all other beauty products they use are of top quality. Their treatments is highly recommended. Ticklish with the feathers at start. Relaxing there after massages started. The water was perfect temperature for me.

Fare for the price.the skill armt quite there yet, but you can tell they’re willing to work,I won’t complain. But if the company is seeking for improvement: My honest advice will be ,while massaging- deeper pressure on the tissue is needed instead of just touching on the surface. And it can be a noisy environment to relax when they chitchatting. Otherwise everything is good.

It was a much needed experience, I felt very relaxed. I had booked combo 3 and it was nice that arms, shoulder, neck and facial massage was all included with the hair spa. I also wear hijab and there is a private room for the hair spa as well as a seperate room to dry your hair at the end. The ladies there did a very good job at making me feel comfortable. Would definitely be back again!

Picked combo 3, only 2 things i didnt. The 1st being the 'Herbal foot spa', it was literally soaking your feet in a tub of hot water with a packet of herbal stuff for 10-20minutes. After that they wipe it dry and move you to the benches, would prefer to either not have it as it seems unnecessary or have a 10min soak and 5 min massage. Second thing is that the water would constantly alternate from warm to freezing cold water, i was cold throughout the experience which was unfortunate, id assume it was just me but 3 out 4 people i went with had the same issue, other then that. It was great.

This place is truly a little hidden gem. I opted for a herbal hair wash, head massage and facial and I must say it was the best thing I've done in ages. You won't find these types of services in your regular beauty salons and definitely worth a visit. The beautiful lady who tended to me was gentle and friendly as was the owner Nina I got talking to. Pricing is also affordable and not over the top unlike many other beauty salons. Can't wait for my next appointment...planning for next week!
