A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

Really pleased with my treatment. I had a deep tissue massage in a warm, comfortable, relaxed ambience. The mood lighting was spot on. The massage therapist used a variety of techniques to work on the problem areas presented. Definitely a five star service.

Truly wonderful - Comfort knows what she is doing and was so good to help me feel relaxed and calm. Such a calming atmosphere. I am not a massage person normally but would definitely book again - it felt like my pregnant body really needed that. Highly highly recommend.
