I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say. My nails started chipping at the ends after a week, which was very disappointing as the previous time which was my first time with Shenanigans after relocating from Gauteng to Cape Town, my nails lasted more than a month. I wend back to get my nails fixed but had to pay for the repairs even after I was told that the gel was not applied correctly. I feel it's not fair to charge clients if the therapist did not do application correctly.. Siswe did great job fixing my nails although she was not the therapist who applied the gel initially.
