We did several things and pays attention to detail when trying to figure out the cause of the problem! I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊

This was an awesome treatment, Diego is excellent and really listens to the issues faced and then tirelessly works on sorting those out. Has given me a post-care set of stretches to continue to improve mobility. The next day I feel so much more motion in the tight areas I had been experiencing and feel that I have also moved a lot of lymphatic system via the treatment. I would definitely recommend the Full Body Reset with Diego. I will be returning for maintenance a few times a year.
