Kyle really helped me through a tough situation with a foreign piercing I got done in India! It was a flat piercing and somehow the skin had grown overtop of the whole back of the earring. Kyle was very gentle and saved the whole earring and my piercing at the same time (we replaced it with one of the beautiful pieces he had!). This isn’t my first time with a piercing by Kyle so I knew I could trust him. I truly truly appreciate his work, dedication and professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to everyone :))))

Keri did two lobe piercings for me (my third and fourth piercings done by her!) and was so helpful and patient with everything from choosing jewelry to planning placement of the piercings. Keri has such a great, calm energy which is so nice if I ever have any piercing nerves, and I love how clear she is with how the piercing is done and what is needed for aftercare. Can't recommend her enough!!

I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it! Keri was amazing! Her knowledge on ear piercings is unlike no other. She really takes her time explaining her process, her jewelry and everything in between. My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. She was very thorough and precise when deciding where exactly to pierce us (lobes for kiddo, helix for me), working with our own unique anatomy while leaving the option open for future piercings. The actual procedure itself was so quick with minimal fuss. Thank you Charlotte and Vanity for such an empowering experience.

Amazing experience ! I went with my mom and she was a little nervous with getting a couple ear piercings, and he made her feel super comfortable. I don’t know if she would have went through with it if it was anybody else. He’s very personable, funny guy! Very informative and I would highly recommend him for all piercings !

Kyle did a fantastic job piercing my daughters’ ears. He thoroughly explained every step of the piercing process, took great care with sanitizing and teaching the after care. He was professional, patient and kind throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend his services!!

An excellent experience from start to finish!!! Our daughter (14) was getting her navel pierced and Kyle was an absolute gem! A thorough explanation of the options, procedure, infection control and after care practices. It was an education for me as well (mom), and learned so much about the craft. He has excellent practices, and keeps the communication lines open afterwards in case you have any concerns or questions. Lovely demeanour and personality. Kyle was very friendly and expertly guided me through my first piercing. He was very thorough with sanitation, and was super clear with aftercare instructions. Super happy with the result!

A really good experience over all, it felt professional and caring. A couple points is that the info could be a bit overwhelming, I would've appreciated a bit less/more succinctness. Also I would've appreciated a warning for the piercing, something like "in the next minute, I'll be piercing your ear". A very positive experience overall, Kyle really knows his stuff and you can tell cares a lot about making it a good experience for the client.

Keri was very thorough and professional. She didn’t skip any steps or explanations, even though I had many piercings done before. She made great recommendations for Jewelry choices for the piercings I wanted to get done. If I lived in Ottawa, I would definitely go back!
