I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. The most amazing facial massage! Having known and visited Carole for many years and enjoyed many treatments, I wanted to try the ‘non surgical face lift’ and I was blown away. The treatment felt fantastic and my face felt relaxed but looked tighter and less puffy after just one session. If you’ve not tried this - you need to because it’s amazing! No words will explain how grateful we are for making our dreams come true, we truly believe without you we wouldn’t be where we are now. I tried to conceive for 3yrs with no luck and I was giving up hope and feeling really low in myself. I had 2 sessions of the most amazing reflexology, which lifted my mood and made me have hope again… not just the reflexology but the chats and the support and positive energy from carole gave me a new lease for life, no positive pregnancy tests for 3years I am now 14-15 weeks pregnant and hand on heart we could not have done this with out Carole by our sides.

I have been coming for both deep tissue massage and reflexology (both with a holistic approach) for nearly a year now. The massage not only helps with pain in my neck and shoulders but I also leave there feeling more calm and feel rejuvenated and with a different energy than when I went in. Wonderful reflexology appointment which rebalanced me again. It reminded me of when I came 5 years ago and even with 3 lots of antibiotics, my mastitis wasn’t budging.. but reflexology cleared it right up! It’s the perfect treatment.
