Victoria is fantastic. She explained every detail of what would happen during my treatment. Considering it was my first time having anything done I felt assured and completely relaxed when having my eyelashes and eyebrows done. I love the result and can't wait to come back for more. She also let me natter on about life for well over an hour, I can sit in silence. So apologies Victoria you were a excellent beautician!!

I travel from Colchester to Chelmsford because I trust Ayesha and she always does a great job. Went for a much needed facial, back massage and pedicure today and it was sooo relaxing. Ayesha is not only lovely to chat to but so professional when it comes to ensuring everything is clean and covid secure to keep her clients safe. The treatments are so good value for money and she uses only high quality products that she would use for herself. Can't wait to book my next appointment. Thank you x

Karen is amazing very professional and excellent at everything she does. I've had my hair done and before Christmas had my eye lashes and eyebrows tinted. I had NEVER had it done before and she was gentle with me and talked to me all the way through. Yesterday she did my nails for the first time with acrylic which are stunning.
