Would definitely recommend… Janet is absolutely brilliant. She takes her time, has excellent massage technique and really listens to how you like your treatment to be. The room is set up great, and feels all warm and cozy. You come out feeling relaxed and just wanting to go back again. I’m encouraging all of my family and friends to book in with Janet. Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. Left the salon after a back, neck and shoulder massage and express facial feeling like I was walking on air. All pressure in my back, neck and shoulders had gone! My face felt fresh and clean and I felt super relaxed, just what was needed ❤️Thank you so much, looking forward to booking in again x

Kylie did such an amazing job absolutely transforming my hair. I had grey blending done with her and she exceeded all expectations!! I absolutely love it. Can not recommend her enough!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great atmosphere and good service loved my team need eyebrow and the waxing was quick and efficient

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
