My experience was fantastic. I had a custom facial with a peel and a hair treatment with Kari. All the staff (including the ladies at the reception) were very welcoming, professional and kind. I was made to feel very special in more way than I could list to you, however, one way that I was made to feel extra special was when my treatments were completed your team put a candle on a brownie and presented it, as I have recently turned thirty. This was a truely wonderful surprise, and I can’t wait to come back! My skin is glowing, feels amazingly smooth and looks lit from within. Thank you.

We booked the mother/ daughter spa. It was my 10 year olds first time doing anything like this. We both absolutely loved it. I especially loved the massage and facial. It was just gorgeous.

Lovely experience as always the only negative would be the therapist wearing ear buds during my facial..as hearing the audio was a little distracting!

My experience was wonderful. I am not used to having treatments done and Becky explained everything and made me feel relaxed and at ease. The products were amazing on my skin for the facial. I was so relaxed and my skin felt amazing after my appointment. Kasia is a skin wizard! She has dealt with my skin in many phases (adult acne, very reactive and sensitive) and she always works her magic and fixes it.
