Nancy is a beauty genius, a bloody good business woman and a beautiful soul all rolled into one. Her salon is blissful and her treatments are divine. She's the very best in the biz for lashes and brows and the facials are incredible. I always come out feeling pampered and cared for. 10/10 recommend, five stars etc... we love you Nancy!

Naomi was brilliant as always. Took the time at the start to work through current state of my skin and any changes before suggesting a few things. I absolutely trust Naomi 100% and the experience is so relaxing. If you have any element of facial massage included, you’re in for a treat! A good combination of treatments were used and I left with my skin looking considerably calmer and happier.

I went in for a NY facial with Daisy, it was absolute bliss. She is extremely talented at what she does and makes you feel incredibly safe, cosy and pampered. My skin was in heaven after. Will not go anywhere else now for a facial. Thanks Daisy :)

I had a facial at Natural Balance with Marion, which was excellent. Marion was very knowledgeable regarding my skin issues and made helpful suggestions. The facial and head, neck and shoulder massage was really relaxing. Marion was very friendly, with a nice mix of conversation but quiet time to enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again!

Jess was amazing! Forever will only have her do my brows. She has such an attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect. The facial Jess also gave me as excellent. She went through all the productions with me before hand and spoke to me about my skincare and what I wanted to get out of our appointment. I felt relaxed the whole the way through. I had the most amazing experience at CloudFacial. I’d never had a microdermabrasion facial before so didn’t know what to expect but I wasn’t disappointed. My therapist was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. I’ll definitely be back!

Super Relaxing facial

I tried the dermaplaning facial and it was wonderful! Highly recommend for a well needed treat.

Amazing deep cleansing facial with Lilly. Advised the treatment for my skin type & the process then applied lovely soothing products; cleanser, exfoliating mask & facial peel and using steam to help my pores as I am blackhead/ acne prone. Lilly offered sebum extraction which was a minor discomfort all while massaging my face, “decollatage” and shoulder/ neck area as part of facial. She finished with SPF serum & moisturiser. My skin is now softer, glowy and brighter! And my acne inflammation really calmed no redness. I’m still glowing today. Great experience. Will be back!

This is the only clinic I would now visit for facial enhancement. Rhodi and colleagues give a friendly welcome and you are put at ease . Dr Maria Ola is exceptional. She gives sound advice about facial fillers etc and for me her results are always perfect

Excellent mani and pedi from a really talented team. I’m a fussy so and so and this is the only nail place I’ll go to due to the care and attention taken to deliver exactly what I want. Highly recommended. Am booked in for facial and massage soon too as have heard from others how excellent they are.

Had a fab treatment- much needed self care. Definitely recommend Indie for Ayurveda treatments- very passionate and knowledgeable. The products for the facial were wonderful too! Feel so good!
