Erica is lovely and friendly, whilst remaining professional. She has created such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere that it's easy to relax as soon as you're through the door. She explained the treatment benefits and processes, whilst also allowing time to quietly enjoy the facial (in this instance) and gentle music. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Erica.

Anna was excellent as always. I went for a facial. Anna really listens to your concerns and will suggest ways to address them. I would rate Erika's 100% for everything. I have previously had treatments from Erica. Her perfectionism is off the chart. With both Anna and Erica, I leave feeling genuinely cared for and prioritised.

Hydra facial + Micro needle: The place was welcoming and the lady who did my treatment listened to my skin concerns and did an excellent job. The full treatment wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, it been a week since I had my treatment and am still unsure about the results, was advised to allow for about 2 weeks before going back to my normal routine.

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).
