I went out for a spar afternoon with my daughter. We received a body scrub, massage, and facial from our wonderful staff. We were really pleased with the care we received and would recommend going to Thy Spar in Windsor.

Firstly being a little apprehensive to have my first non surgical aesthetic treatment.. I had nothing but a great experience .. from the consultation alone took away any fears as the owner herself was very hospitable and caring of what she does and how the treatment can make one feel… just doing the body contour alone has made me feel so much better in myself .. and someone who at the age of 46 is now experiencing facial acne … the hydro facial was less than amazing … Thank you girls .. can’t wait to see end results and also see what other treatments to come can do to make me feel amazing !

I had such a fantastic experience with Zoe! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. What really stood out was how well she listened to what I wanted—she took the time to understand my vision and offered great advice tailored to my hair texture. The end result was perfect, exactly what I had hoped for, and I left feeling so happy and confident. This was hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Zoe enough. Amazing service, very polite and helpful staff, I am currently having Body sculpting and wanted a hydro facial but didn’t want to have that separately so the staff accommodated this and did both these treatments together and was done within a hour and half. Best Hydro facial experience and I definitely could see the difference. Thank you Bee and Roma for accommodating both treatments together
