Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great service and friendly welcome. My skin felt, clean fresh and revitalised after my Microdermabrasion Crystal Clear facial. I look forward to trying other wonderful treatments at this salon.

Fantastic facial. All the great products and techniques you would hope for, with the addition of loads of facial massage. So relaxing and calming, whilst feeling like you can tell it’s actually making a difference to your skin & face. Karen also used the ice globes (as booked) and included a shoulder & scalp massage whilst the mask was on. Will book again for sure. Thank you!

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! My first facial! Emily welcomed me into the salon and asked me to complete a questionnaire. She then led me into a treatment room. She explained every process and what lotions she was using. A very relaxing experience (so relaxing I nearly dropped off)! I’d definitely recommend guys to have a go.
