I have Been going to Amy for a while now for a deep cleansing facial and she is amazing and is always so welcoming. Tam was wonderful as ever. I've not seen her for 2 years due to moving 600 miles away, but was back in Maidstone so had to have a treatment or two from her. My facial and massage was fantastic, so relaxing and my face has never looked so fresh

I had a wonderful Tropic’s facial and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Grace ensures that the consultation time is not rushed and demonstrates her knowledge of the products with ease, making it such an enjoyable experience. The products were chosen by us both and when applying, Grace would say which product was being used, something I really appreciated if I want to expand my own routine at home. I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! I will definitely be back for further treatments, thanks again x
