Faiza offers the best service with the best prices! She has a friendly nature and has the softest hands. Whenever I have booked myself for a facial, I can’t help but compliment her magical hands. I travelled from Liverpool to begin my skin journey with Sophie, and she did not disappoint! I booked without a consultation, which I was a little nervous. However, after a brief discussion Sophie said I had picked the right treatment to begin with. The room was relaxing and very clean! The warm heat pad on the bed was amazing! The facial was unbelievable, my skin feels incredible! Thank you! See you next month!

This is a review for Sarah at SJ Muscle Recovery. After years of back ache and being told I need some deep tissue massages to get rid of the knots in my back, I finally decided to do something about it and Sarah came to the rescue. She is highly knowledgeable in the field and really made me feel at ease from the off. Sarah ensures to target the areas that are most troublesome and let me tell you the girl has got some strength - my clenched teeth were proof of that! 😅 After only two sessions I already feel so much lighter and less tense. Can't recommend her enough!

I have just had the pamper package with pumpkin oil, my treatment was facial which my face has been left feeling soft and refreshed, moving on to my feet a bit of reflexology which I was told I had headaches as his could be felt from my toes. This is spot on I have been suffering. Moving on to arms and legs massage before moving on to my back. I really needed this bit as I was full of knots which were eleviated with massage and hot stones. I then had head massage followed by reiki. I can honestly say it was a lovely experience I was made comfortable as soon as I went in.
