Usually have a prescription facial with Ellie but while Ellie is off on maternity leave had this one with Sammy. Same professional luxurious service, same attention to detail, same interest shown in my concerns. As always, a relaxing treatment and as always, left with my skin glowing!! Thank you Sammy 😊

Another fabulous facial with Ellie, the last before she goes on maternity leave. However much I enjoy my appointments with Ellie, I will continue while she is off to keep my 61 year old skin in the fabulous condition Ellie has got it to. I trust Ellie will work with equally wonderful therapists and am happy to have someone else take care of my skin in the mean time. Good Luck Ellie, you will be missed but hope you have the most magical time with your baby x

Had the prescription peel today (I alternate with a facial) was encouraged to get comfortable and Ellie checked on how my skin was feeling throughout the treatment. Was pampered with a massage and left to rest with a mask before Ellie moisturised my skin. I was relaxed and at ease throughout, not as much of a treat as the facial, but as always, my sling felt amazing and looked glowing when I left. Highly recommend the salon and its staff, always a welcoming atmosphere and you leave feeling a million dollars

I had my first facial with Sophie today! We did a consultation and a bespoke facial. I suffer with large blocked pores and have struggled to find the right treatment and skincare advice. Sophie was amazing! My skin looks so much better just after one treatment. We’ve decided on my home care regime and to keep up with regular treatments for the best results. I am delighted and Sophie was so lovely and friendly. I can’t wait to come back next month!

Had the facial peel today for a change up, as usual Ellie talked me through the treatment checking all the time that I was comfortable. My skin looks like glass and will definitely try this one again. The salon was quiet and welcoming which added to the whole experience

The hydra facial treatment was amazing, it left my skin feeling great and the whole experience was very relaxing. Jess was also really helpful!

I always look forward to treatments with Sophie and Jess. From the moment I walk through the door into the light and airy reception I am offered a drink (mint tea is my favorite) where you feel instantly relaxed. My weekly LED treatments are a necessity and also very relaxing. I always sleep well after. I am looking forward to having the hydra facial as and when my injury has healed. I could spend hours at Skin Refinery. I love it. 😻
