I did 4 sessions which I loved! First the Sweat and Go horizontal Cycle then the Roll and Go massage. The very modern machine allowed me to lose more than 1000 calories in 30 minutes thanks to the vacuum effect, infrared light in addition to my pedaling efforts. And then the massage where I could have stayed for hours, I love this feeling! I highly recommend this place and thank them for their welcome. I can’t wait to go back!!

The shop is clean with a crisp of good smell and serving coffee is a plus! The services I had like protein hair treatment and mani-pedicure are awesome and I am happy of how the procedure was done. The nail experts provided me a slight massage which gave me a soothing feeling. I will definitely come back to this salon and recommend to my friends for sure!

I recently visited Sweat&Go the branch near the Marina, and it's fantastic! They have two amazing futuristic machines the Sweat&Go cycling pod, which helps you burn loads of calories in 30 minutes, and the Roll&Go massage roller, great for lymphatic drainage, skin toning, and boosting metabolism. The staff is super friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. Highly recommend!
