I couldn’t recommend Emmalie enough, the Indian head massage and reflexology were both so relaxing, i could feel my stress and anxiety melt away - i could feel a lot of tension in my neck and head and i honestly felt like a different person when i left. I called my mum immediately after leaving and told her to book herself in straight away.

Suzie from The Rooting Seed is amazing. I walked in tense and aching and left refreshed, calm and relaxed. Suzie’s massage technique is fantastic and her calming spirit makes for a wonderful session. Would highly recommend!

So relaxing, i had microdermabrasion and in between the face mask being on i had a lovely shoulder and neck massage. All the smells were lovely so very relaxing.
