Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

Amazing experience! This is not a salon but a whole head and shoulders spa like (massage, aromatherapy, relaxation) experience!! My coily and curly hair was in amazing hands but Fedz actual hands put me to sleep in about 0.2seconds. Highly recommend! The space is incredibly serene, peaceful, safe and the ultimate spot to just zen and dose.

I had a deluxe treatment at Hawthorn from Fadz and it was soooo good. Very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend this treat of a head massage by the immensely talented Fadz. Really lovely little salon that is super clean and full of sensory treats.

I’ve never experienced such a comfortable head treatment before. During the 90 minutes at BM Aesthetics, Ellie provided detailed massages, including for the head, eyes, shoulders, neck, and arms, and also used a muscle manipulation stick for relaxation, which was very effective. The Chinese herbal head steam at the end was also amazing. The service is incredibly affordable, making it a great deal! I’ve already bought half-price vouchers for my family and look forward to my next appointment!

Superb! My arms and legs hurt pretty badly before the deep tissue massage because of playing sports, but the relief after Michelle’s massage was amazing. She really knew which areas with tight knots to focus on. I was honestly amazed that the body pains went away after the massage! Highly recommended!

Fadz was such a breath of fresh air. So warm and welcoming, I left feeling relaxed and fully energised for the day. She has really thought about the customer experience - helping to explain the treatment and asking questions along the way. I experienced the 'Deluxe Head Spa' package, and am so happy to have tried this. What a treat! Everything from the products used, the salon environment, and the techniques used was perfect.
