Prisca was amazing! I had a full body massage - extremely relaxing experience and for a reasonable price... The studio was very clean, the temperature in the room was just perfect. Prisca was very professional and after the massage she shared her observations and gave me tips on how to ease my aches. Great experience - Highly recommended!

The most healing and wonderful experience. I had a massage with Lou recently, following some health challenges. They listened so attentively to me about what I needed and I felt really safe and relaxed being massaged by them. My body felt such a release of tension after the massage. I had a great massage with Lou. They were very careful to clarify expectations at the beginning of the massage and checked in with me throughout. I'm going through a hard time at the moment and Lou made me feel very safe and at ease. I felt much calmer and more grounded after my massage, and much of the bodily pain I'd been experiencing had eased off too. I'd recommend Lou to anyone and looking forward to going back :)

Blissful full body massage with Ruth. It really felt like she assessed and adjusted with her hands to tailor the experience to me, made it a very personal and valuable experience. Also very friendly but professional. The treatment time and quality is very good value for money.

I am not a connosiour of massage therapy but I really felt that I needed some hands on treatment for well-being and relaxation. I wasn't disappointed! Today I had my first of 3 full body massages and was really impressed by the professionalism of my therapist, the value for money and the overall experience which was lovely. Such a beautiful and grounding experience with Lou, I cannot recommend them enough! Their approach is trauma informed and thoughtful, with a focus on safety and nervous system regulation. Lou met me where I needed to be and ensured that their practice was centered around my preferences and needs. I left feeling regulated, relaxed, cared for and connected to my body.

I’ve had a couple of massages with Lou, and each one has been unique and intuitive. They really match how I’m feeling with their intuitive, confident touch - if I need grounding they know how to respond, if I need care to a particular area they take extra time and attention there. In each massage I have felt very safe, held, respected and listened to. Lou has strength and body wisdom in the movements and touch they offer, while also holding space for breath and subtlety of emotions and energy that might arise. I really recommend.

Shadi did a great job, took care and was very gentle. We didn't notice one nail wasn't finished, but it wasn't a problem and they kindly fitted me in the next day to fully finish it. Lovely salon.

The woman that assisted me was very nice and she did my nails beautifully. I’m definitely coming back again.

Genuinely I’ve never had a massage that was so good for my physical well-being but also my mental well-being! It’s an investment but worth it. Lou was really welcoming, sensitive towards my needs and I was heard. The space was held with kindness, compassion and acceptance, I felt safe. My body was not judged because I have a tummy and I’m no size S). The room was clean, comfortable and smelt lovely too. It was important for me that it was LGBTQ+ friendly being in the community myself. My nervous system is very calm now!
