I had the most incredible experience at Holistic Therapies by Camille today! I went in for a full-body massage and I can honestly say everything was absolutely perfect. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic Deep Tissue Massage with Sioned. We had a chat before had to establish where my problem areas are. Booked again for a month’s time!
