Had my hair done to day by a lovely lady with long blonde hair (not sure what her name was). Got a full scalp bleach and tone. The timer on the roots came out slightly to warm for my liking so they fixed it and retoned for no extra cost and we’re so kind about it! My hair smells amazing now too! X

I went for the Neck, Shoulder and Back plus Head massage as carrying carrying my laptop and books is causing stress on my back and neck. Lovely massage - very relaxing! Only knocking off one star because I would have appreciated more of a "consultation" when checking in (e.g. - what pressure do you prefer, do you have any problem areas) and because the room was very warm and the oil was very cold.

I had a great experience . firstly the therapist Comfort had a calm ,warm and supportive manner wanting to know what I was hoping to get out of the massage. She particularly addressed the areas that I said needed attention. As a consequence the tension and the pressure build up in both areas were released. I went out so much better than when I came in. Highly recommend!!
