This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Just got microneedling (second time getting it) done with one of elvas new estiticians, she was nice, friendly and took her time during the appointment. Minimal redness and I can't wait to see the full results in the next few weeks. Will definitely come back and get this done again.

The best I have had this far In Canada … my toes were well squared shaped and the ful she lace polish was well laid ! I am super happy my feet look so clean and fresh !I morally do French but I wanted perfect French. Seeing I know now it polish was well done , I’ll be back to get my French done ! I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

I got a full set of hybrids and I was reluctant from previous experiences but I can say I’m %100 satisfied with the work Celina did. Normally I have to lay back down to fill in some spots because I’m picky but this time I didn’t have to. I will definitely go back

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.
