I wouldn't hesitate at recommending her services to anyone. She is such a nice lady and puts you at ease straight away. Amazing experience! Had not been feeling myself for a long time, Sarah and her team have fully transformed me! Made me welcome, looked after me with a yummy latte and then Sarah went through a full consultation with me, giving me the best options for my post lockdown hair. I recently visited labella saloon and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and attentive to detail. Absolutely amazing experience! I came in to have my natural hair washed, deep conditioned, and blow dried, and I left feeling like a brand new person. Princess was so welcoming and knowledgeable—she took great care in handling my hair with gentleness and skill. The deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft, healthy, and hydrated, and the blow dry was smooth, sleek, and full of body without any heat damage. It’s clear they truly understand natural hair. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt pampered from start to finish. I highly recommend!

Really amazing treatment. I had Ibitissam looking after me and she made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time going for a wax so I was super nervous but she really took it at my pace and was patient with me! Definitely a repeat customer now.
