I visited The Refinery Rooms at the weekend for an Indian head massage with Alice. What an amazing experience I left feeling so relaxed. The reception and treatment areas are tastefully decorated and the treatment room was warm and relaxing. This was my first treatment of this kind and I will definitely be returning to have another one especially as it was such great value for money.

Well after learning men can have as much done as ladies in the refinery rooms I opted for a full body massage. Had one about 10 years ago but jeeezz been under osteo for last 20 years but after an hour on that bed it felt amazing. I can honestly say I’ve had no pain or my usual twinges all day. On another note not knowing what to expect Alison made me feel very comfortable being in the right hands 🤣 excuse the pun. Will be going back also trying out some other types of treatments. Thanks again 😊

There is nobody else I would trust with my eyebrows other then Chanel! The salon is clean, modern, professional and friendly and all the girls are lovely. Always look forward to coming in for my treatments.

Helena was great and very professional. I'd recommend as waxing was dontle really well.

Review is lovely but she needs to tell you what she is doing. Putting lotion on, leaving you, removing lotion, putting neutralising lotion etc. I don't know if she tinted my lashes or not. She didn't give me a mirror for me to look & check I was happy. My eyes did sting a couple of times, which I said. Nothing was done. I think she needs to watch Lauren & listen to her. Maybe because she's just starting & very young, she's not confident chatting. I'd definitely come back to her as I really liked her, not complaining at all. Hopefully helpful feed back 🙏 xx

My friend surprised me to a full body massage. From the moment I arrived Janna was smiling and extremely welcoming, I had never had a professional massage before and she performed a brilliant consultation to insure that I received the fullest out of my treatment. Everything was above and beyond standard and the atmosphere really enhanced the massage, which was absolutely amazing and really helped me to relive the stress. All in all I left feeling not only physically relieved but also mentally motivated, 10/10 experience, Janna’s technique was spot on, I’m so thankful for the experience! 10/10
