Good with a caveat. All the ladies were very kind, especially Emily. She did a great job. I don’t go often to get my nails done, it’s not a luxury I can indulge often. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing time after a long work week. Sadly my massage chair was broken and there was no option to move. About an hour after leaving, I had assumed my nails would be dry but while playing with my daughter on the ground, both my big toe paint smudged to the point where I had to redo my polish myself at home. A lot of things were out of my control, but was hoping for a bit more for the price I paid.

I received a French Medi/pedi and Kristina and Van were both great. My nails look lovely & I loved the extra care of hot stone leg/feet massage & also hand/arm massage. I’ll be going back for sure.

Amazing service by Rie! Went in for a gel x fill plus new years eve crystals. Rie is extremely talented, friendly and does the best work. I've been visiting this fantastic salon for about 4 months now and keep coming back because of the great service and technique.

Such a great setting! I always love getting my nails done by Lee. She does absolutely beautiful work! I often find pedicures uncomfortable and painful & she consistently makes me very comfortable & her pedicures are always, always pain free.

Great efficient manicure. The only issue is I thought I booked the manicure that is healthier for nails (the reason why I booked this place) using the new technique (I can't quite recall the name). It would be great if they could explain a little bit more about these services and offer options/confirm what you are booked for. Aside from that, I am happy with my manicure.

I’ve been going to Beige Nails for two years. An is amazing. I’m always very happy with my nails. They last forever and look fabulous. I highly recommend.

My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

My most favourite nail salon in the city. All the staff are exceptional and it is so clean. Always on time. Can't recommend enough....
