Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

Laura was absolutely amazing and as always my gel toes look perfect! I cannot fault any treatments I receive from her. Her beauty therapy and customer service are excellent! The only criticism from me is when I’m paying to be pampered, I want the environment to feel lovely and special and to smell lush. If I’m honest, the salon is looking a little scruffy and in need of some TLC.

The sweetest staff and the exact nails I was looking for. Kept on asking throughout it I was satisfied with the progress. A great choice of nail colours. This is my second time getting acrylic infills at this salon, I will definitely keep coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.

I had my eyebrows one by sue. She is so amazing at eyebrows. Sue did them really well. I was very happy with them. Was very chatty which was really nice, Then Marie did my nails which are just amazing and then she did my facial. And she was so good. I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience and felt really haply to be there, and I left feeling refreshed. So thank you to you Marie and sue. You were amazing, i will see you soon. Nail tech was absolutely brilliant and created exactly what i needed - bookiing was moved by 15 minutes which did not matter at the time but I was not called to discuss or request a change in time but was simply advised - I am aware the nail tech did not move the appt and woudl stated that this is not acceptable as I may have other appts which could have clashed. salon needs to be made a bit less cluttered as there is a lot going on

A great hair cut by Bev and fab blab nails from Monica. A very relaxing 90 minutes.

Nails by Laura were perfect as always. Just a shame the salon refit is taking forever and yet still looks uncared for. Finish is awful and looks shoddy, paint peeling off the new desk, towels hanging from the windows due to not having blinds…I’d be asking the refitters for a refund. Not a pleasant environment for beauty pampering.

Lisa was fantastic, welcoming and reassuring. After having a few bad experiences with my nails , Lisa was amazing and I walked out happy with a beautiful set of perfect nails. Booked to go back .
