Waiting time was good. Respected my time. Customer service when coming in was excellent. The pedicure overall was good. Good buffing, great cuticle work and nail shaping. However the nail technician (Maria) during my pedicure asked me if I wanted to take the packet of lotion with me home or if I wanted her to put the lotion on me. On their Instagram it says that the “traditional polish pedicure” includes a ‘ soothing massage’. The technician massaged less than a minute which I was disappointed in. There’s also not a good variety of polish color. I was expecting more choices to be honest.

Beautiful salon, great customer service, and amazing job by Elya. I had gel x done and Elya took her time and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier. I’ve been waiting for a nail salon like this in our area for a long time.

OMG !!! This is the most aesthetic nail salon in Granada Hills, I was grabbing a smoothie from the next door when I saw this nail studio and decided to get a pedicure and let me tell you this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! Definitely will be back ❤️ love the vibe and beige colors , very chic, clean and beautiful!

Kristina was so amazing and sweet! She took her time and was very informative with how to grow my natural nails. I will definitely be coming back.

Have been here multiple times already and I can confidently say all experiences have been nothing short of wonderful. Very clean and relaxing space along with exceptional customer service. Melly did my Gel x set with a classic French design and Armine did my gel pedicure. Both are very gentle and meticulous. Worth every penny. Will definitely be back in the future.

Nothing but good things to say. They were able to squeeze me in 15 min after I called. First walking in, vibe was chill, I was offered water or coffee and even recommended which nail book I should look at based on the general idea of what I wanted. My technician was meticulous and did an amazing job. The table had chargers for us to use. Literally nothing negative. Go. Price is worth the service.
