From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding! My Daughter had had a previous bad experience with Acrylic nails elsewhere and was desperate to get them removed as well as having what she originally wanted. She was given expert advice here and in the end, went with gel builder for her finger nails. She wanted a particular pattern which was no problem for the lady to do and ensured throughout that my daughter was ok with everything. 100% will be returning, and have already made the appointment!!

Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

I’ve used allure now for coming up 2 years and it has never disappointed. Me and my neice have our nails done every 3-4 weeks, it’s our together treat. Chloe does our nails and she is brilliant. Alex has done my nails when Chloe is not available and she is great. It’s a pleasure going to the shop, you’re made to feel welcome and nothing is a bother.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Tammy did a brilliant job. My first experince getting nailsdone, at a different place, was awful. This was my 2nd time and i googled somewhere more private,where the technician would listen and understand, hence came around Le Chicccc. I must say, I am extremely pleased with Tammy's skills. I got gel nails done and they look amazing. I ALMOST CRIEDD ❤️ . she was very patient,gave me suggestions and explanations through the process. I have been going to Boilerhouse for over 30 years and in that time have seen it develop and expand. Both the Jesmond and Ouseburn salons are excellent and professionally run businesses with great customer service and outstanding stylists. Saskia cuts and styles my hair and I love her creative approach and excellent technique. I have frequently been stopped in the street and asked where I got my hair cut. I've been delighted to recommend Boilerhouse and will continue to do so for hopefully many more years.

Lydia is so welcoming and her beauty room is lovely! First time having builder gels after years of acrylics which have left my nails paper thin. She took her time, was thorough and I didn’t feel like she was rushing which I have found with other nail techs. I am over the moon with my nails and I’ve already got my next appointment booked in!
