I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. Your work is great - and should be displayed more on your social media platforms

I usually have decent experiences at Boa. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately today my gelish french bubbled and I didn't receive and acknowledgement, apology or offer to redo the 3 bubbled nails.

I visited Boa Beauty Bar for an acrylic manicure and gel pedicure, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. As always, I am thoroughly impressed with my regulat nail gel treatment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Colleen, the nail technician is highly skilled, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my nails were perfect. The quality of the gel was excellent – durable, glossy, and beautifully applied. Everyone is super friendly and they know what they are doing. I’m am very happy with how my nails look like. The only thing: the back of my nails weren’t properly cleaned off. There are rests of glue and gel.

Hi there Amore Nails, Thanks I had my nails done on Saturday. It was done lovely by the very competent Asanda. Please note the gel lamps that you guys use I see they never seem to be wiped down, please do make sure they are cleaned and no marks on them as it doesn't give a very professional feel and one wants to be made to feel that your goods you use are cleaned timeously. Thanks

Booked the mother/daughter bff deal. Colleen and Melody helped us and were friendly. Our gel nails came out well. It would have been nice to know up front that a nail design wouldn’t be possible. My mom couldn’t even do an ombre (or pay extra for it), because the staff member wasn’t in-house at that point. There were at least 7 technicians there and none of them could do an ombre? Suggestion to change the music - not everyone likes afrobeat and seeming that it is a nail salon for relaxation, some calmer music would do the atmosphere justice.

I had thee best experience at Milka, 🥹I was in awe of how they had a heater and an electric blanket to keep conditions favorably in the chilly Cape Town weather🫶🌟

Fadzai and Petronella took care of my acrylic set and gel on toes. The ladies are so undeniably good at what they do! I’m very happy with the nails. I was left concerned regarding the fact that I was not offered anything to drink and yet the lady that came in after me was. I do not want to speculate too much on the reason, but please do pay attention to that.

This was like coming back home after a year away and catching up with an old friend! Rufaro was amazing as I remembered, i had the Kinetics manicure this time, the whole experience was perfect and if you’re looking for a place to do your nails while on holiday in Cape Town this is the only place to go!
