Loved my entire experience at Bronte’s Soothe Salon. From her quiet confidence and patience to the non judgemental vibe my time there was not a waste. No interruptions with other customers during my visit, I had her all to myself! But the outcome was so pleasing. She took me from dark brown with gray to blonde and my hair feels great! My favourite salon experience ever. I found my forever hairdresser. Thank you Bronte!

Ella and Kade I was on holiday, and due to a broken shoulder, I could not blowdry my hair. I booked into Ella and Jade for a treat, salon unknown. What a wonderful experience I had l, I was greeted by Tuva with a huge smile and welcoming direction, Sarah then offered me wine and took me through for my basin, experience OMG the best head massage ever ever ever! Thank you, Sarah, Tuva was my stylist. She listened and did exactly what i asked for. Before during and after Tuva was delightful, I would definitely return when in Brisbane again Also a beautiful salon

I had a good appointment, the service was excellent but I went back to rectify my haircut as I wasn’t fully comfortable with my previous one and I ended up changing the style completely to a shorter hair, although it is shorter I feel I mentioned various times I needed my hair layered because of the amount and volume and I ended up with all the hair being at the same length level which is the reason why I came back to fix it, so although the service was great as always, but I feel unsure about my hair… luckily hair grows anyway ☺️

Finally took some time to step into this beautifully curated space and it beyond exceeded my expectations. Rosie’s duty of care during my in depth consultation to incredible work of art on my hair was like no other. Everything about my service screamed luxury with my complimentary cocktail and cheese board to inhaling a selected oil during my mask infusion. I think this was the best hair appointment I've ever had! Rosie spent a long time talking with me about my overall goals before she even touched my hair. She listened carefully to everything I said and gave me plenty of advice on products that would best suit my goals. I told her that I only wanted the split ends cut off. She did exactly that! She recommended a detox wash to cleanse my scalp from the hard water in my area. I was shook by how much cleaner and lighter in colour my hair was after this! The blowdry was flawless! She gave me unbiased advice to suit my budget. I will 1000% be back.

Absolutely lovely, my son is four and has level three autism and has very strong sensory processing difficulties. My experience was very positive and even though my son struggled there was no rush and she took her time and treated him with great care and we will be seeing this lovely lady for every haircut now :)

I cannot thank Bronte enough for the beautiful calm environment she provider for our son who has Autism. The salon was quiet, naturally lit without any bright lights which made the perfect sensory friendly space. Bronte was extremely calm and patient to our son, making him feel safe for his first haircut in 18 months! We highly recommend Soothe 12/10 👌🏼

It was splendid. I went there with a terrible haircut that I got from elsewhere to fix. And the lady there did a fantastic job fixing it. And she was so sweet and friendly. We talked about different things the whole time and felt like I was at home. As long as I am staying here at Brisbane I am going nowhere else for haircut. That's full and final.

Bronte is absolutely amazing! I went to see her for a consult after another hairdresser had butchered my hair - I explained what I was wanting to get, how the other hairdresser had told me it wasn’t possible, showed her reference pictures and she has absolutely nailed it! Despite my hair being an absolute mess when I sat down in her chair, I’ve walked out feeling incredible and confident in how I look again! Truly so so grateful for her kindness, knowledge and skills 🥰
