Juanita is absolutely amazing! My hair was originally a rusty color, and she transformed it into a beautiful light ash blonde balayage that exceeded my expectations. She provided excellent service and high-quality results. I also asked for a haircut that would add volume, and she delivered perfectly with gorgeous butterfly layers. I was taken well care of by Katy and Ella. They were so kind and accommodating. I felt like family to them. I came in trying to bleach my own hair and I walked in with a disaster on my head, they assessed the damage and went above and beyond in making me feel that I made the right decision. I am ecstatic with my hair and I hope Katy takes me up on that offer to come eat some authentic Persian food in her home :)

Paula did a fantastic job today with my hair colour. Marsha also washed & massaged my hair beautifully and gave me a lovely hair mask that left my hair feeling so soft and shiny. They are an amazing team. Thank you so much.

Best hair cut & blow dry

Paula takes pride in her work. I have to travel more than 30min to go to AlterEgo and every time I find it worthwhile. I have not found the same passion and good quality in my local hairdressers, specially the quality of the products. Highly recommended!!
