It's my third time returning and I couldn't be happier with the results. I came in for a full head of foils, cut, treatment and blowdry - Jwana and Aisha did an amazing job. I truly appreciate the meticulous approach taken - I've been doing foils for over 10 years and I can finally say I found a salon that knows what they're doing and my hair never looked more natural and nicely blended - see you next time!! 🫶🏽

From the minute I walked in I was relaxed and made to feel so welcome. We had the combo 3 and loved every minute of it. From the hair wash and scalp massage, to facial, foot cleanse and whole relaxing experience it was magical! Such lovely people whom work there also, would highly recommend to everyone and will be back for sure. Even had my hair dried and styled at the end while I enjoyed a foot massage and herbal tea! Ream does the most relaxing hair washes and the best curls. My curls last for a whole week without hairspray and they are so nice and neat. She is patient and so lovely.

Wonderful massage and hair wash very relaxing and peaceful will come again

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was surprisingly good. I thoroughly enjoyed to combo special with the body massage and hair spa. I would definitely return.

Changing area was a little strange and felt we couldn’t talk during the foot soak as someone else was already having the hair treatment. A wonderful experience. Melanie is a fantastic hairdresser and it’s why I keep coming back. She remembers my hair and what I like done to it. She makes specific colour formulas considering my skin tone and natural hair. She pays close attention to previous treatments/colouring and will treat my hair accordingly in my next appointment. I got my first Japanese Hair and Scalp Care wash at Elegant Beauty Hair and Nail Salon . My whole head hair has never felt so squeaky clean and lusciously light. Mind you my hair was super long and heavy. I loved how the therapist created a serene ambience environment. The products they use all smelt so exotic massage oils, facial creams, and all other beauty products they use are of top quality. Their treatments is highly recommended. It was a much needed experience, I felt very relaxed. I had booked combo 3 and it was nice that arms, shoulder, neck and facial massage was all included with the hair spa. I also wear hijab and there is a private room for the hair spa as well as a seperate room to dry your hair at the end. The ladies there did a very good job at making me feel comfortable. Would definitely be back again!
