Great, Joy is always very friendly and gives me a great haircut.

Once again my visit to Salon Benardo was excellent. Irma has been letting my hair rest. I’m ok with letting my hair get healthier. It looked really good when she was done. Maybe by Christmas I can do something different.

I always enjoy my visits to Salon Benardo. Joy provides a friendly, warm experience and good haircut. I look forward to the shoulder massage Joy provides each time too. What I don't like is the new policy regarding appointment confirmation that requires your credit card information. Joy provides a friendly environment, the shops new policy is the opposite. It makes me feel like a stranger that is not to be trusted -- like I've passed a bad check to them -- which I never have! I hate the new policy and would love to see it removed and the shop return to caring about their customers!!!

Perfect! Joy is the best! On time and cuts my hair so expertly that it holds it’s shape even if I have to go longer than 10 weeks until my next cut.

Todays visit was great. The priority is to get my hair healthier. Even though I wanted to add blue back in. Irma, being professional, advised that we give it more time. She added gloss to the color. All in all, I’m very satisfied with the results.

I had a good haircut in a warm, friendly environment. Love spending time in the rocker on the front porch when I'm early. Overall, I'm happy with my experience--except I get upset when I receive emails from management asking for my credit card info to confirm my appointment. I don't pay by credit and I find it insulting that they want my credit info just to confirm an appointment. If someone stiffs the salon for payment then this process makes sense. For a client of 25-years that has never bounced a payment, it feels like I'm being lumped in with losers and it makes me mad.
