Phoebe was an exceptional professional when it came to my appointment. From entering the gorgeously-presented salon to leaving it, she was attentive, friendly and consistently exceeded my expectations. I'd gone in with a particular idea of what I wanted to do with my hair - autumnal inspirational photos in hand - and she was able to discuss what options would work best and how my inspiration could be fulfilled. As you can see from the photos, she achieved that and more! I felt relaxed and not rushed at any point, the music was perfect and not too loud, and the ambience was perfect!

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! Such a great experience on my first trip to the salon, belated birthday treat!😊 it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer! I felt so relaxed in this salon. It was my first visit after my consultation. Staff were very friendly and professional. Katie was very precise and talked me through everything step by step. Loved the cut, Katie had to make good a bad cut from a previous hairdresser.

I recently had my hair done by Jodie and I couldn't be happier! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I asked for a natural balayage and she did an amazing job-it looks soooo good! She even took her own time out of the salon working hours to focus on perfecting my hair in which she did! I've been to many other hairdressers like George’s, London Road Hair, KH Hair but Jodie at Hair Muse comes out on top! Jodie's skills are top-notch and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and well trusted hairdresser. Jodie will now be my go to!
