I had another great experience. I got Debbie again and she did an awesome job on my braids. She was also helped by Bookie who did a great job. This is my fourth time coming to Ouchless salon and I love the way they do box braids. The braids last long and did not hurt. Highly recommend the Fayetteville location.

I’m new to the Fayetteville area so this is the only salon I’ve been to for braids. However, they’ve set the bar so high that I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My daughters and I all have thick hair AND are tender headed, but I can assure you that Nia Soule lives up to their Ouchless claims!! We can pull our hair up without discomfort from day one! Not only have we been satisfied with the outcomes of our hair, but the customer service is impeccable!! During our most recent visit I made a last minute appointment and they were graciously accommodating. Nia Soule has a customer forever!!

I don't think I should have been charged $75 for this. It did not take her three hours to take it down, only 1 3/4 hours. Which was gteat! And I did not have 20-22" braids. I had small knotless, midback And my hair is shorter than shoulder length.

My service was AMAZING as usual but I must say the quality of hair ia declining. After my most recent visit, i noticed the ends of my braids fuzzing after a week. Small balls formed on the enda of my hair. It wasnt as noticeable because my ends were crinkled. After todays visit, i wanted it straight but after it was dipped; i saw thefuzzy balls again. Andrea cut them out but after sat under the dryer they formed again. Because i didnt want to leave with my hair looking this way, i asked her to crinkle it again. Its not what i wanted, but i had no choice at that point.Discontinue this hair asap

I had a great experience today getting my hair cornrowed. Deborah was attentive, she listened and did my hair exactly the way I wanted it done. I loved my appointment was 3 o’clock and she started my hair at 3 o’clock. I would definitely recommend Nia salon. My only comment I would add is I really don’t like the grease/gel that was put in my hair it’s too thick. Next time I’m gonna tell them not to put it in my hair. However that did not take away from my experience.
