There was a language barrier, but the front desk people were fluent in translation. I booked Dylan, and I am so happy with my haircut. The head massage during the wash was superb. I am definitely going again.

Miya is a wonderful hairstylist, she was very gentle with my hair and gave me advice on how to style my new cut. Her work matched my reference pictures perfectly and I will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Her.Studio is a professional, clean, and relaxing salon. They are all very on top of their service, another staff gave me a really soothing hair wash beforehand as well.

Except waiting for more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the entire experience was great. Zoe is nice to talk with and provide advice on treating my hair. She washed my hair and massaged my head softly and makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

The staff are friendly, however it’s not necessary to have a male staff help you wear the robe, it is too close and inappropriate ( he accidentally touched my boob). The place is fancy but not very organized. Love the shampoo but could have been better as well, willing to pay more to have better shampoo experience. Hairstylist is very nice, listening and communicating.

From start to finish, Her.Studio was professional and pleasant. I thought it would be a challenge because my stylist, John, was Mandarin speaking. But it wasn’t at all with the front desk person translating and was able to communicate the cut I wanted. John listened and provided his recommendations that fit my hair texture and shape of my face, instead of simply cutting. Because I went with John’s recommendation, my hair came out beautifully. I’d refer my friends here and come back again.

Dylan is very great. Eventhough we need translator but he cares how you would like your hair to be done and gives you the true advice to help you easier deciding. He even asked at the end if the style is correct as you were looking for. The receptionist is also very friendly trying to help us communicate and explain about your concerns during the session. I will come back for sure!

wow!!! what an amazing experience: from being able to easily book an appt (day of!) to the hair washing and hair cut. I wanted light bangs, shorter hair and a lot of layers. My stylist is John and he was very detailed from the beginning and before he moved on to the next steps he would let me know. I was very impressed with how my bangs turned out, and he was explaining to me how I may need to style and train them so it wouldn’t split and go back to its original way. My haircut looks INCREDIBLE!!! I am so happy with it!!! thank you!!

Was a little awkward since it was my first time and my mandarin isn't great, but the stylist was very patient with repeating things in different phrasing and raising her voice when I couldn't hear her. With just a small glance at my reference photo she was able to understand the cut I wanted and adjust it for my hair type, and explained my hair for me as she went when she realized how clueless I was. Was also offered beverages, which I did not expect at all; it flustered me a bit and I declined in the end, but a very nice extra amenity. Overall a wonderful experience.
