I had the best experience! I was greeted and taken care of right away. The spa is very calm and clean. You get a welcoming drink and slippers to wear. Then you change and can put your valuables into a locker that is locked. I booked the turkish hamman and deep cleanse and glow lift package which I think is a great deal. The turkish hamman left me feeling very clean and smooth and the bubbles were soo soft. Then the facial was very cleansing and left my face looking very clean and dewy. My pores look smaller and I have a glow. 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone. Such a cute place!!

Love this place! Customer service is great and efficient + complementary coffee ❤️ I have been struggling to find a good place in Dubai and a friend recommended Amro Salon for me. I took the risk to come here and cut my hair, since I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair, but the place have good reputation for hair services! I didn’t get the man name but he was super nice and professional! I even asked them to do me dry blow, meni & pedi afterwards! And both were amazing! Highly recommend if you’re new to the country like me and want trustworthy and excellent service!

Great services and they really listen to the customer. Amin was very patient with me and made sure my hair color matches my expectations. I only wish they were a bit faster.... I was there for 5 hours to get a haircut, ombre, and a blow dry.

AMRO Ladies Salon has been the first salon I attended in Dubai and still after 4 years continue the same, very professional, very clean and overall very good costumer experience. It was my first time to visit the downtown branch, Im a client for Sultana Albarsha since the first day they opened 🤗 I’ve enjoyed the downtown experience, the spa is spectacular and Nezha is the best and for my hair I did with Khadijah and I admire her loyalty to her clients, overall amazing service and the girls are always welcoming and very friendly atmosphere. Sultana spa Downtown is a must visit.

As a moroccan i always look for the most authentic hamams in dubai and sultana was the best! The services was Amazing and they pampered from the entrance till the end i got my hair and hamam done by Sana which were perfect!
