I really enjoyed my hair cut and scalp treatment section with Una today! She is friendly, passionate and good at what she does! I can see visible results after the scalp treatment. I also really enjoyed the soothing head/neck massage Una provides. She cuts my hair according to my face shape and makes my face look younger and slimmer. I am very satisfied with Una's hair service today and am so grateful to have her as my stylist from now on!🥰

Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. I've had many appointments with her and my hair is amazing every time. Hair cuts, colouring, treatments and styling, she's skilled in everything. She's also genuinely fun to chat with. She might just be Richmond's best kept secret.

I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

Hiro did amazing from start to finish. Regardless of the language barrier, he carefully explained each process during my hair treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. This is my 2nd time receiving service at this salon and is definitely my go-to place for hair cut/colouring services.
