Just wonderful. I didn’t really know what to expect from a Japanese head spa, but it was so much more than I could’ve imagined! A head spa, facial, lymphatic drainage, and upper body massage all rolled into one. 90 minutes of bliss. Thank you, Tamsin! Same time tomorrow? 😉

Very Happy with my hair.

Friendly hairdresser, made me feel welcome and comfortable for my 1st appointment. I had a great dry hair cut and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Felt absolutely lovely to visit a hair salon and not feel anxious. Lovely lady and absolutely love my cut and finish. Booked in for a colour service ☺️

Just had this superb treatment at Mayfield Retreat Nr Banbury. Honestly I don’t think I have had a nicer treatment. My scalp feels amazing and had the most lovely relaxing facial and neck massage too. 100 x better than an Indian Head Massage. it’s like when the hairdresser gives you a little head massage and in your head going “don’t stop, please do more “, well this treatment is more plus some. Beautiful setting and Tamsin was so lovely too. My scalp analysis was a bit scary at first but after the treatment it was amazing (except my grey hair lol) Go on treat yourself ❤️

My 2nd appointment since moving to the area. This time a trim and colour to get me back to blonde after months of home bleaching through lockdown and 6 months of roots growth. Bekkah is amazing! She listens to you. She makes sure you are happy and checks what you want the whole way through and will not force products on you I've booked my next 2 appointments just to make sure I get this time. Serious one to one pamper treatment, that is friendly, affordable and just brilliant. Totally honest ans upfront. Perfect.

By far the best treatment I have ever had. I cannot recommend the Japanese headspa enough. So relaxing and such a beautiful venue. Tasmin makes you feel so at ease. I cannot wait to book again.

This was my first time visiting the Orchard Hair, Bekkah listened to what I wanted and worked with the hairline I've got to a T. She was really friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. When I wanted little bits tweaking Bekkah took this in her stride, and really worked to give me the cut I wanted. She styled it beautifully and didn't try to hard sell me products at the end! Massive plus for me, I can't wait to go back for my pre-holiday colour. Great value for money. I'd definitely recommend as being independent it didn't feel rushed and it was just Bekkah and I in the Salon.
