Jen was brilliant and put me at ease by discussing my preferences with me , I hadn’t had my Hair done for quite a while and seeking a significant change , Jen helped me through that and the result was stunning

I am very happy with my new hairstyle. Claire was extremely helpful and reassuring, and offered great guidance on the best short style for my hair during re -growth, it has also thinned due to recent chemotherapy treatment.Her experience and insight was much appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Rebecca Morgan is just superb. I went to see her first to choose wig, as I'm having chemotherapy with cold cap treatment and her kindness and advice was wonderful. I then back went to get my long, thick hair cut in accordance with her advice, to help with the cold capping, and she's done the most fabulous job. Going from a blonde bob to a brunette pixie cut required a very deep breath, but with Rebecca's help it's been a smooth, positive experience.

Had a new system fitted today, was nervous but I knew I was in great hands as Rebecca and Claire always make me feel like a million dollars. They went through every process with great care and made me feel totally relaxed. Diane is a fantastic hair dresser, her attention to detail and making you feel fabulous is second to none. She always greets you with a smile and nothing is to much trouble and her head massages are heaven.
