Desiree is amazing, attentive and thorough. She made my experience enlightening and enjoyable, teaching me how to maintain my hair so I don’t feel like I am losing my mind trying to figure it out. She gave me a full plan with a date for a check up to see how my hair is reacting to the plan so we can get my hair back to its amazing self.

My waxing treatment was really good! The whole place is very clean and calming. Best place I’ve been to for a wax for sure, especially after the lockdown I needed a good treatment! The lady who did it was very sweet she was gentle and made sure all hair was gone!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Booked for an express facial and back neck and shoulder massage as a treat for myself. Lovely little setting and great staff. Both treatments where very relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. Thank you:)

I had Indian head massage treatment with Zahira this afternoon. The treatment was definitely one of the best head massages I have ever had. She was absolutely fantastic, as well as being very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to this place very soon! One word. IMPECCABLE! I’ve never been to get a treatment before so I decided to take a leap of faith and put my faith in Vegan Hair Salon, the best decision i’ve ever made. The entire process was captivating. I went in for a Gold Silk Press + 2 treatments which included detox, moisture etc!!!! and I left with that and much more…. can you imagine?.
