Loved the stylist; she was really friendly and did a great job on the trim and layers. The treatment felt really nice and restored my hair to healthy again, would definitely recommend it!

My waxing treatment was really good! The whole place is very clean and calming. Best place I’ve been to for a wax for sure, especially after the lockdown I needed a good treatment! The lady who did it was very sweet she was gentle and made sure all hair was gone!

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! Such a great experience on my first trip to the salon, belated birthday treat!😊 it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer! Desiree is amazing, attentive and thorough. She made my experience enlightening and enjoyable, teaching me how to maintain my hair so I don’t feel like I am losing my mind trying to figure it out. She gave me a full plan with a date for a check up to see how my hair is reacting to the plan so we can get my hair back to its amazing self.

Phoebe was an exceptional professional when it came to my appointment. From entering the gorgeously-presented salon to leaving it, she was attentive, friendly and consistently exceeded my expectations. I'd gone in with a particular idea of what I wanted to do with my hair - autumnal inspirational photos in hand - and she was able to discuss what options would work best and how my inspiration could be fulfilled. As you can see from the photos, she achieved that and more! I felt relaxed and not rushed at any point, the music was perfect and not too loud, and the ambience was perfect!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

The entire process was captivating. I went in for a Gold Silk Press + 2 treatments which included detox, moisture etc!!!! and I left with that and much more…. can you imagine?.
