This was so relaxing and spa like. I wasn't sure what to expect but I felt very well taken care of and comfortable. I had the 60min scalp treatment and now my scalp and hair both feel clean and wide awake! The person who took care of me (I heard "Kelly" but that might not be right) was very attentive and gentle and skilled.

I took my sister and my mom for their Christmas present for a spa day at Velvet and we had an amazing time! We’ve never had this experience before and it exceeded my expectations! Everything from the staff to the treatments were so pleasant, I would definitely visit again! Chloe and Benny were were fabulous and Will was very kind as well! 100% will recommend and have to come again. My scalp and hair never felt so clean

Wonderful experience! One of the best massages I’ve had. Scalp treatment is top tier. Hair and scalp has never felt cleaner. My face feels amazing after the facial. My husband’s first ever experience with facial, and back massage. Definitely something he would do again.

I had a great first time experience. I had the 25 mins shoulder, neck, and back massage and head shampooed.The treatment was very refreshing but felt cold at times. Wish the room would be more heated. The stuff were very friendly.They even blowed dry my hair with Dyson. My hair felt lighter and cleaner too. I did sure go back to them!

This was my first time getting a head and hair massage, and I enjoyed the cozy and relaxing treatment! (So much that I almost fell asleep.) Sam was a great masseur who provided quality care and knowledge in making sure my scalp was thoroughly cleansed. I would highly recommend this service!

I brought my husband here as a surprise and he absolutely loved it! He got a facial, back massage and scalp care package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thea did a great job and provides fantastic treatment. They also offer complimentary drinks at the end of treatment which is a nice little treat!

Truly a relaxing experience. There was some confusion as to wether my husband and I would be getting our treatments together, but they were able to find our reservation and booked us into a room so that we were side by side. However, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be free. I felt that our treatment was cut short due to this waiting period and we did not get the full one hour service as expected. Our technicians were very friendly and polite and we both drifted off to sleep during the treatment.

What a surprising experience I uncovered. This place is great if you’re looking for a little mini spa treatment for your face and scalp. It was interesting to see the surface of your scalp and what they suggested to do to improve it. The actual cleaning, massaging and treatment was so relaxing and felt very thorough. After, they checked my scalp again and what a difference it made. Would definitely come back, highly recommend giving it a try.

It was good.. i just felt it could have been a little better.. the therapist looked rushed.. even at the end she was rushing thr receptionist when she was checking my scalp. My hair wasnt blow dried properly too.

The neck, shoulder, and head massage felt incredible and she took her time and provided a very thorough and calming hair wash, making it a truly relaxing experience. Afterward, she blow-dried and brushed my hair to perfection—it’s never looked this shiny and smooth! This place is absolutely fabulous for relaxation and unwinding. I particularly appreciate the consultations before and after the treatment to demonstrate the buildup removed. The massage, facial, and scalp care were all top-notch, and the finishing blow dry was simply perfect. My hair and scalp feel incredible, and I'll definitely be booking another appointment. I do wish they had a location closer to me though—perhaps in Walnut Creek or Danville. Thank you for the amazing service!

The service was pretty good and I came out of the experience feeling cleaner and relaxed! However, while gettin the deep scalp treatment it would have helped if I was given a very brief step by step run-through- so I would have known what to expect since it was my first time getting this treatment ever. It was a little awkward to have my scalp wet for the entire 40-ish minutes while the rest of my body (inlcuding my face) remained dry. The massage was relaxing and 3 days after the treatment, my hair seems light and healthy.
