I booked a Kerastase Fusio-Dose Treatment and a women’s haircut. The hair and scalp treatment was fantastic—my hair felt incredibly smooth and soft afterward. For the haircut, Dylan worked wonders. I went for a butterfly cut with curtain bangs to chin length, and even without a reference photo, Dylan nailed it. The layers and cut were exactly what I was hoping for. I’m thrilled to have finally found a place with excellent service and an outstanding stylist. I highly recommend Dylan!

Had a color and a Tokio Inkarami hair treatment with Zoe, I love the color she created and even without bleach the color is really clean and saturated. The hair treatment gives me a soften texture with shine, worth the price!

Dylan was amazing - he’s great at his craftsmanship. Got a beautiful layered cut. Customer service could be better trained though - I made appt with someone else for cut and keratasse treatment, confirmed the time the morning of, receptionist suggested to have olaplex treatment instead on the phone. Due to the original dresser still busy, my hair was washed and treated by someone else while Dylan was asked to cut the hair instead. The whole handoff could have been handled better.

Great treatment overall! Hair wash plus head massage was really relaxing and nice. My hairdresser Andy gave me the cut exactly as I asked for: layers with curtain bangs. Excellent work!

I recently had a Brazilian blow dry treatment done on my hair and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! My hair looks and feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. The stylist did a fantastic job and was able to achieve the exact look I was going for. The treatment has made such a difference in the manageability of my hair and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Her.Studio was professional and pleasant. I thought it would be a challenge because my stylist, John, was Mandarin speaking. But it wasn’t at all with the front desk person translating and was able to communicate the cut I wanted. John listened and provided his recommendations that fit my hair texture and shape of my face, instead of simply cutting. Because I went with John’s recommendation, my hair came out beautifully. I’d refer my friends here and come back again.

Dylan is very great. Eventhough we need translator but he cares how you would like your hair to be done and gives you the true advice to help you easier deciding. He even asked at the end if the style is correct as you were looking for. The receptionist is also very friendly trying to help us communicate and explain about your concerns during the session. I will come back for sure!

wow!!! what an amazing experience: from being able to easily book an appt (day of!) to the hair washing and hair cut. I wanted light bangs, shorter hair and a lot of layers. My stylist is John and he was very detailed from the beginning and before he moved on to the next steps he would let me know. I was very impressed with how my bangs turned out, and he was explaining to me how I may need to style and train them so it wouldn’t split and go back to its original way. My haircut looks INCREDIBLE!!! I am so happy with it!!! thank you!!

Was a little awkward since it was my first time and my mandarin isn't great, but the stylist was very patient with repeating things in different phrasing and raising her voice when I couldn't hear her. With just a small glance at my reference photo she was able to understand the cut I wanted and adjust it for my hair type, and explained my hair for me as she went when she realized how clueless I was. Was also offered beverages, which I did not expect at all; it flustered me a bit and I declined in the end, but a very nice extra amenity. Overall a wonderful experience.

Pretty nice, customer service at the front was nice, they offered a free drink. Hair stylist is also extremely professional, my server wasn’t very good at english, but they had someone to help temporarily translate.
